FRAME DESCRIPTION -
 We use a frame that is similar to the Nielsen style 22 aluminum frame with matte black finish. Each framed photograph includes glass, picture wire and is ready to hang. You supply the picture hook and the wall!

PAYMENT OPTIONS -
After you complete and send me the order form I will either call or e-mail you. You will either give me a credit card number or you can send a check.( U.S. funds only) I will process your order once the credit card is authorized or the check clears.
ORDER FULFILLMENT -
If what you have ordered is in-stock your order will normally be processed and shipped within one week. If out of stock, the order will ship within 21 days.
Orders are normally shipped by USPS, Priority mail, insured. They are packaged to avoid breakage. If damage does occur then contact me and we will make it right. We want you to be satisfied with every aspect of your purchase. It usually takes less than one week for a photograph to arrive to any location in the continental USA. Overseas orders usually arrive within ten days.
RETURN POLICY -
Again, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, upon receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied, then, within 7 days of receipt, re-package the photograph and mail it back to me, insured, using the same method it was shipped to you. You will pay the postage charges. A credit will be issued to you shortly after our receipt of the returned photograph.
CAUTION -
Please DO NOT hang your photograph where it will be exposed to direct sunlight as this will cause the image to fade. |
